Ordering
Yes our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) as we are an Australian-based company.
For purchasing products from our website, we accept the following payment methods:
- Visa/Mastercard
- PayPal
- Go Date Myself Gift Cards
- Vouchers/Store Credit
After you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an order number which verifies that we have received your order. You will also receive an automated email confirming when you have placed an order. This may take a few hours to reach your inbox.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct names, numbers and addresses associated with your credit card. If you continue to experience issue, please check with your bank or financial institution. If problems persist, contact us.
Delivery
We currently only ship products within Australia, but please check back with us in a couple months as we work to bring Go Date Myself worldwide!
Delivery times are outlined as follows:

Yes, we are able to send our boxes to a PO Box or Parcel locker.
All orders are shipped the business day after they are placed.
You will be able to track your parcel from shipment at our office to arrival on your doorstep.
Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail with this tracking number as well as tracking instructions that allow you to be notified when your parcel has arrived.
We process and package your order as soon as possible. If your order status shows that the order has not yet shipped, please get into contact with us so we can try change your delivery address.
If the order has already shipped, contact us and we'll try our best to make the change for you as well.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Policy
If for any reason you decide that you no longer want your purchase(s) from Go Date Myself, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange (your choice) to the amount paid for the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the box packaging and all items inside must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to give you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
NOTE: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How to Refund or Exchange
To process a refund or exchange simply send us an email at hello@godatemyself.com and we'll respond promptly. We may require proof of purchase before beginning the returns process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then we will process your exchange or refund. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your purchase(s), please mail your products to PO BOX 1214, Mt Ommaney, 4074 QLD, Australia.
Please note that if you decide to return or exchange your goods Go Date Myself will only pay the cost of the return shipping if the goods are defective. In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to Go Date Myself, as well as the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as it often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do apologise for the convenience, though we must be doing something right for our items to be sold out!
If an item is "sold out", we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock in that time feel free to contact our Customer Service team at hello@godatemyself.com for more information.
